Weekly sessions in our exclusive private studio to help you improve mobility and build strength under the supervision and guidance of a professional. The goal is to ensure that you can perform every movement the human body is capable of without any pain, or restrictions, and progress into more challenging lifts without running the risk of injury. I also try to promote independence by providing easy-to-follow workout videos for you to try on your own.

NUTRITION

Scientific, evidence-based plans tailored to your specific lifestyle needs that will make it easy to lose weight while simultaneously building strength. However, if your hormones are misbehaving it is impossible to feel like doing the things that lead to positive health outcomes, but we can turn this around within 48 hours to make things easier, without having to spend a penny on supplements.

LIFESTYLE

The formula is 60% nutrition, 30% rest, 10% training, so it is in fact what you do outside of the gym that is going to determine your results. Increasing activity levels, reducing stress, getting better quality sleep, are all variables in the equation of achieving optimal female health that I provide strategies for you to effortlessly master without having to make overzealous, dramatic changes to your lifestyle.

Hi – My name is Tayvis Gabbidon. I help busy women aged 35-60 build confidence and feel amazing, without trendy diets, or miracle weight loss supplements. By using a holistic approach to nutrition and lifestyle, alongside a solid strength training routine, we can create a healthy hormonal profile that will make it easier to lose weight, and sculpt your physique into perfection in rapid time. Over the span of fifteen years in the fitness industry, I have been able to guide hundreds of women through the menopausal process, who have come out on the other side even more badass than before. What sets me apart from the rest is my positive inspirational passion for uplifting women, and the understanding that (for a lot of us) poor health and low self-worth is often deep rooted, and changing that does not happen overnight.
